I am currently working and teaching at the Center for Computer Game Research at IT University of Copenhagen in Denmark.

My major research interest is in videogamevalues which was the topic of my Ph.D. dissertation. As part of this, I am currently writing a book with my wife, Dr. Rilla Khaled, on the presence of human cultural values in video games.

At ITU, I am teaching courses relating to the intersection of video games with human-computer interaction (HCI) research, particularly as concerns evaluation and experimental interaction design.
